SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Please allow 1-2 days for order processing. Shipping is handled through USPS.
The average shipping time is 3-5 days. Continental shipping only. We do not ship or sell to Hawaii.
Our return policy is extended to purchases within 15 days on all unopened products.
To qualify for the refund, your product must be unopened and in the original packaging.
We will not extend a return on an opened product.
Please contact us here to let us know that you would like a refund. Once the product has been received we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Please note we will not offer refunds on wholesale orders.
If it has been over the 3-7 business days and you have not received your refund check with your bank. It may take some time for processing before it is shown on your account. If you have already contacted them and still have not received your refund please contact us here and include the sale item and date of purchase.
Sales items are not eligible for refunds.
